A classic black and white wedding serves the elegance a minimalistic bride needs. The lack of colour definitely does not take away from the beauty of this colour palette

This timeless theme is a cocktail of simplicity and elegance, shaken and stirred with a modern twist. So lets walk through a styled shoot we participated recently that show the beauty of a monochrome set up.

STATIONERY FOR THIS SHOOT

We love the statement a simple logo create for a wedding - it is something that can be used on your stationery right through & create such a cohesive element. For this styled shoot we created a simplistic logo with dainty leaves and the couples monograms (See bottom of menu) For the menu's we designed a classic black menu with a white tag - this is such an interesting design without being crowded & cluttered.

For the table numbers I designed a simplistic black and white card with a small leaf detail to tie in with the logo. This card design is not only a cost effective menu option as you just pop it onto a small stand, wooden bar with slit or just lean it against something - The design can actually be used horizontal or vertical depending on the look you are going for.

And now for my favorite part, the invitation suite. Keeping with the modern and simplistic look of the styled shoot, I designed a modern A5 black invitation and A6 details card wrapped in a frosted sleeve and sealed in black wax. All nicely tucked into a black envelope with a white envelope liner showcasing the logo at the top.
